Fit Test #3 and the Beginning of Month TWO!!

Alright, so here are my results from Fit Test #3... Once again, I am VERY pleased with my improvements!! The results go "3rd (2nd, 1st)"...


  • Switch Kicks: 117 (110, 90)

  • Power Jacks: 52 (52, 43)

  • Power Knees: 83 (75, 55)

  • Power Jumps: 34 (31, 25)

  • Globe Jumps: 10 (9, 5)

  • Suicide Jumps: 19 (17, 12)

  • Push-up Jacks: 31 (27, 16)

  • Low Plank Obliques: 61 (51, 34)

Now... yesterday was Max Interval Circuit, and let me tell you... by the looks of it, Month 2 is going to be when the insanity starts. There is no way to describe the difficulty of this workout other than by experiencing it for yourself. I love the challenge! I'm going to bust my booty these next 4 weeks and see the results I've wanted. I owe that to myself!

Fit Test #2!!!

Here are my results: Switch Kicks: 110 (90) Power Jacks: 52 (43) Power Knees: 75 (55) Power Jumps: 31 (25) Globe Jumps: 9 (5) Suicide Jumps: 17 (1)2 Push-up Jacks: 27 (16) Low Plank Obliques: 51 (34) In the parenthesis are my results from 2 weeks ago Fit Test #1. Needless to say, I have improved dramatically!! I am so excited to see results cardio wise. Now I can't wait to see some differences in the shape of my body. I have been in a bad-eating habit the past week. I plan on grocery shopping tonight to restock the fridge with healthy snacks and what not... I have been lazy with groceries so that has led to me eating bad! Get with it Samantha! ;) Glad to see improvements in my numbers!

Two Weeks COMPLETE!

Yesterday I finished the second week of Insanity. Unfortunately Jordan had to miss Friday and Saturday's workout because his grandpa is not doing well, and he traveled to Florida with his mom and little brother. Family is by far more important, no doubt about that. Yesterday was the first time doing Cardio Abs. It was a killer workout, but surprisingly my abs are not sore today. Big sad face! I definitely felt them burning while I was doing the video, but expected some soreness today. Oh well, I am looking forward to the ab portion the most out of this entire set of workouts. Toned tummy, here I come! Fit test #2 tomorrow, let's hope I see some improvements!
