Fit Test #3 and the Beginning of Month TWO!!

Alright, so here are my results from Fit Test #3... Once again, I am VERY pleased with my improvements!! The results go "3rd (2nd, 1st)"...


  • Switch Kicks: 117 (110, 90)

  • Power Jacks: 52 (52, 43)

  • Power Knees: 83 (75, 55)

  • Power Jumps: 34 (31, 25)

  • Globe Jumps: 10 (9, 5)

  • Suicide Jumps: 19 (17, 12)

  • Push-up Jacks: 31 (27, 16)

  • Low Plank Obliques: 61 (51, 34)

Now... yesterday was Max Interval Circuit, and let me tell you... by the looks of it, Month 2 is going to be when the insanity starts. There is no way to describe the difficulty of this workout other than by experiencing it for yourself. I love the challenge! I'm going to bust my booty these next 4 weeks and see the results I've wanted. I owe that to myself!
